Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Loudbox’s website, workspace, integrations, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Loudbox for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for activity under your account, and for keeping access to your email and connected accounts secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Workspace owners and administrators control membership and access within their workspace. If you join an organization’s workspace, that organization may manage your access and the content in that workspace.
Connected services
You may authorize Loudbox to access third-party services such as Meta. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect each account and use its data. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider’s own terms.
Third-party services may change, suspend, or limit their APIs. Loudbox is not responsible for a third party’s service, but you may disconnect an integration at any time. You must not use Loudbox to bypass platform restrictions or access data you are not authorized to use.
Your content and generated output
You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant Loudbox a limited license to host, copy, process, display, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide requested features.
The Service may generate analyses, suggestions, or creative output. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it and for ensuring that your campaigns, claims, materials, and decisions comply with law, platform rules, and third-party rights. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe rights, deceive people, or facilitate harm;
- upload malware or interfere with the Service or another user’s access;
- probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or usage limits;
- access advertising accounts, personal data, or workspaces without authorization;
- resell or provide the Service to others unless we agree in writing; or
- use output as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
We may investigate violations and suspend access where reasonably necessary.
Service changes and availability
We may add, change, or discontinue features and may set reasonable usage limits. The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, incidents, or changes made by connected platforms. We do not promise that every feature or integration will always be available.
Any fees, subscription terms, renewal rules, or usage allowances presented in an order or checkout become part of these Terms. Except where law or an applicable order says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Loudbox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or others, fail to pay applicable fees, or if law requires it. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loudbox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The revised Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. If a material change requires notice, we may provide it through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
